  • Led the development and enhancement of Manulife's Enterprise Information Risk Assessment (IRA) Standard, establishing a consistent, scalable framework adopted by 150 IRM stakeholders across North America (Canada and U.S.) and 11 Asian markets.
  • Partnered with senior IRM stakeholders to design an Archer-based IRA tool that centralized and digitized previously manual, Excel-based IRAs, improving consistency and auditability while reducing assessment completion effort by approximately 20% globally.

  • Led the development and global rollout of Manulife’s Change Risk Management (CRM) Standard which was subsequently adopted by risk teams across 20 countries in Asia and North America to standardize and strengthen change risk practices.
